GETTING TO THE JACK
We want to make your trip super easy. Driving downtown can be effortless when you know exactly where to go. Don’t sweat it, we got you covered! View the map that shows you where to park, where to drop off your kids, and where to enter the Jack Singer Concert Hall. There is also a C-Train station at Olympic Plaza across the street from the Jack Singer Concert Hall.

EC KIDS
A PLACE FOR EVERY CHILD
Pre-register your family for EC Kids
Skip the lines. Simply click the button below to pre-register your family. Whether your children regularly attend EC Kids or this their first time, check-in will be much quicker if you can fill out the below form prior to Sunday morning.
I have a child who is 5-10 years old…
Make this your first stop! (Don’t pass Go, Don’t collect $200) Go directly to the Engineer Theatre for drop-off, to receive your child’s name tags and your parent pick-up tag. This is highlighted in purple on the map.
I have a child who is 6mos - 4 years old…
Line up at the main Jack Singer Concert Hall entrance for tickets and directions to your child’s classroom inside the Jack Singer Concert Hall. This is highlighted in blue on the map.
I have a child who is less than 6mos old…
Our ushers in black EC t-shirts would be happy to assist you to your seat in a specific family section. Stroller parking is in the main floor hallways. We also have a Mother’s Room located on the second floor, in the event that your child needs a break from the main auditorium.
It is our hope that we can create a Distraction-Free environment for all of our guests. Please let any of our ushers know if we can help your family get settled.
Following Easter Services
Due to services being held at the Jack Singer Concert Hall, we are required to exit the concert hall and facility in a timely manner following each service. Please help us achieve this in a quick orderly fashion.
